Lori Yankelevits represents corporations in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters. Ms. Yankelevits has handled numerous class-action lawsuits on behalf of employers and has represented management in National Labor Relations Board proceedings. An experienced litigator, she conducts trials, arbitrations, and mediations in state and federal courts. Ms. Yankelevits has argued before the California Court of Appeals.
Before joining the Firm in 2002, Ms. Yankelevits began her practice in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. In 1993, she joined the litigation department of Hill Wynne Troop and Meisinger. Her commercial litigation practice continued over the next nine years, which included a department move to Howrey Simon Arnold & White.
