Karen Rhodes advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues. Following law school, Ms. Rhodes practiced for three years in the Labor and Employment Department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. Prior to joining the firm, she served for four years as Assistant General Counsel for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Ms. Rhodes clerked for the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson III, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
