Allison Musante advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues, and she helps companies formulate policies and practices to be in compliance with California’s complex, ever-changing employment laws. Ms. Musante also represents employers in all types of employment litigation, including the defense of discrimination and harassment claims, PAGA lawsuits and wage-and-hour class actions. Additionally, Ms. Musante conducts independent, neutral workplace investigations. She is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).

Ms. Musante started her career as an attorney in the Labor and Employment Department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, where she also handled an array of labor and employment matters and employment litigation in federal and California courts. Ms. Musante continued her career as a lawyer for ABC in the Litigation and Employment Practices Group, where she advised business units and supervised outside counsel in litigation. After taking time off from work to raise her two daughters, Ms. Musante joined the Firm in 2014.
