Swerdlow Florence Sanchez Swerdlow & Wimmer, A Law Corporation, practicing exclusively in employer-side labor and employment law, is seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th year associate to join our dynamic practice in West Los Angeles.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique firm where employer-side labor and employment law is not just a practice group — it is everything we do. You will work alongside experienced attorneys on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including:

- Single-plaintiff, class action, and representative employment litigation
- Management-side labor law and collective bargaining negotiations
- Employer advice and counseling
- Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA compliance and representation
- 3rd or 4th year associate with employer-side labor and employment law experience
- Demonstrated desire to litigate and advocate on behalf of employers
- Strong leadership ability and sound professional judgment
- Excellent academic credentials and written and oral communication skills
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Desire to grow our practice and develop business

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$225,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, an annual discretionary bonus, and potential for profit sharing based on individual and firm performance. The stated salary range excludes the value of the benefits and bonuses.
